There is a point in every successful business when you realize you need a second YOU. I decided to write the post on how I was able to outsource most of my daily operations successfully, really grew my business with Vasumo. Read below a full Vasumo review and my experience.

While trying to wear dozen of hats each day, trying to be your web developer, designer, marketer, social media manager, a customer service department, video person, podcast editor and so much more, this leaves you no time to focus on the most important part of your business.

And that is helping more people and making a bigger impact.

Did you really start a business to have a 9-5 job?

I quickly realized that there is no way I will be able to help more people if I spend 4 hours per day designing social media posts and editing videos, an hour on managing my customer service request, an hour to manage Facebook Group, another hour to send out an email campaign and still trying to find time to edit my website, publish blog posts and hours trying to learn SEO, Facebook ads, marketing. Ugh, I started to have anxiety.

Where am I going to find time to prospect for new clients, talk to more people and find the time to help my clients if all I have time for is run in the Ferris wheel each day?

And the worst part is that I am not a tech wizard so constantly hiring freelancers, were costing my thousands per month.

I started to look for help. The first thing that came to my mind is to hire an employee. This idea quickly flopped, as there was no way I could afford paying someone full-time over $4000.

There must be a better way. I reached out to a few of my business friends who were running a successful business and I had few recommendations. One of them was to take a look at Vasumo virtual assistants and hire a virtual assistant with them.

I had my concerns. Most importantly I needed a person who was reliable, could complete tasks that were essential for my business, who was coachable and easily trained and didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

After glancing over Vasumo’s website and reading Vasumo reviews, I was really impressed.

Their virtual assistance service covered all of my needs, the monthly rate is extremely affordable, no contracts, assistants are all American and are all trained, experienced and certified. Check, check and check. Bingo! I was excited. For a fraction of a cost, I can have a reliable right hand to help me build my business.

Will this be the end of my struggles?

It almost seemed like it was too good to be true. However, after reading all the Vasumo reviews and talking to their live agent and explaining my needs, the agent confirmed that the help I was looking for is a good fit for the service.

I signed up the same day and had an assistant assigned to me within a few hours.

There were a large number of tasks I needed help with, and since I was already doing them all myself, I had all the processed and workflow in place to give to my new assistant, Brandon, to take over for me.

He was quick to respond and gave me a few great ideas on how to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Here is what we did:

Brandon took over my social media postings. He would take the podcast I recorded, publish a YouTube video based on it, create 3 social media posts based on it, create 3 short form video posts with bits from the podcasts. This saved me over 8 hours per week. He keeps doing this weekly without any further instructions from me. My social media channels really picked up from this moment as I finally started to post consistently and my following started to grow.

He redesigned my website, created a lead manner to attract a new audience and set up email capture forms, so I was able to start growing my email list from the website. My old website didn’t reflect my personality nor my new branding and consistency is everything when it comes to branding.

After working with my Vasumo assistant for a month, with his help, I quickly realized that I was doing so many things just to keep myself busy without concentrating on growth. Brandon helped me simplify my business and helped me to focus on what actually made the difference.

And the best part he is always there to provide technical support or marketing advice when I need it, so I have a piece of mind knowing that I am never alone when something breaks or needs attention. No longer do I need to find a freelancer and spend hundreds of dollars to get things done or fixed.

I reached out to Brandon to see how we can start prospecting for new clients and start marketing my business since we already had a great offer on the website and a way to capture visitors information.

Brandon explained that for my business two channels would work best. Facebook ads and cold LinkedIn outreach. And we started with both.

From that day he manages both campaigns for me and they produce me a consistent flow of new leads into my business and all I do daily is talk to new prospects and help my customers.

This is what I call working ON my business instead of IN it. Thanks to Vasumo and my assistant, I was able to get rid of the “keep busy” tasks and only focus on what created the impact that I wanted. Things run almost on autopilot, requiring minimal input from me.

Finally, all I do daily is change my clients’ lives, onboard new clients and do what I am passionate about.

To summarize this Vasumo review and if you are looking for a great virtual assistant, I will strongly suggest you talk to Vasumo and see if what you are trying to do would be a fit for their service.

It really feels amazing to know that you can get help when you need it with things that are out of your expertise such as marketing, web design, video editing, and graphic design and so much more. Every assistant is experienced and trained in over 300 tasks so you can be sure no matter what business idea you have – Vasumo assistant will be able to give you advice and help you need to succeed.

Hiring a Vasumo virtual assistant changed my business, and I hope it will do the same for you!
