We can all agree that health is the most important thing in our lives. Being healthy makes us happier, and happiness cannot be bought with money.
Modern life can be pretty unhealthy, and if we get caught up in the robotic and automated living, we can easily forget about the necessary healthy habits. Each day we take the car to go to work, we eat fast food because we “lack” the time needed to prepare a healthy meal, and we stress over non-important things. All of these things have a huge negative impact on our health.
If you look up at statistics, a lot of the American population either overweight or morbidly obese.

Exercise is a necessity, not a luxury
Many people think that working out is like an “extra” feature that you can utilize “if you have free time” to get a better-looking body or something like that. I can’t stress enough how untrue this is.
Working out is not about getting your “dream body”. It’s not about having big muscles and it’s certainly not about making it easier to talk to girls on the beach.
It’s about becoming the best version of yourself and challenging your mind and body to reach its full potential.
Every single person on this planet is supposed to perform the daily exercise without exceptions. People are created to move constantly. That’s how they survived in the past. They are not made to sit on their but all day and stare at a computer screen. It doesn’t matter if that’s your job or not.
Money cannot buy your health and it doesn’t matter how rich and wealthy you are if you suffer from heart disease or diabetes.
They key for living a long, healthy and happy life is exercise.
It’s not hard, stop with your excuses
Nothing frustrates me more than someone trying to find lame excuses for why they’re not working out. No, you’re not too busy. Yes, you have the time for exercise and no, you are certainly not too tired after sitting on your desk for 6 hours with barely performing any movement.
Now that we’ve cleared this up, let’s look at the best weight loss tips that you can use to lose weight more easily.
Half of the change is made in the kitchen
Losing weight and getting healthy is not just about working out. You need to consume healthy food to feel and be more energetic and perform better in the gym. If you eat junk food, you will feel awful when performing any exercise.
I don’t want to sugarcoat any of this so I will just be as honest as I can.
Sodas, hamburgers and any processed foods are just gross. They harm your organs and single-handedly ruin your health. Not to mention cigarettes, you are literally paying to poison yourself. No, they are not stress-relievers, stop lying to yourself. Exercise is a stress reliever, not cigarettes.
Just stop consuming these things, seriously. You will thank me a lot when you discover how beautiful it feels to be healthy and fit.
Sleep more, but not too much
Getting a good 8 hour sleep every night is one of the most important things you can do to improve your health.
It allows your body to recover and recharge its batteries for the upcoming day.
We recommend that you sleep in a colder and dark room because those are the best circumstances in which the body can fully rest.
Avoid scam tips and poor advice
Fitness is science. Reading and educating yourself on the given topic is the right way, listening to what someone said in the gym is not. Yes, it’s sometimes smart to listen to what a more experienced athlete is telling you, but you should always think it through.
Don’t listen and fall for advertisements of the type “lose 40 pounds in two days with this magical tea”. There is no such thing as shortcuts or magic wands in the world of fitness. It’s all about hard work. Don’t throw your money away on supplements or “belts” and “fat burners” that simply won’t work.
The receipt for success is eating healthy, exercising and believing in yourself. You are capable of doing things that you never imagined you can.
Give your best and don’t give up
Every beginning is hard. Not just when it comes to exercise.
The best advice that anyone has ever given to me is never to give up. We tend to make up many excuses in our head to feel better when we fail to finish our run, set or workout.
Just keep in mind that you’re doing this for you, and the only person you are lying to when you start making excuses, is yourself.
Find motivation within yourself
I understand that we all sometimes need a bit of external motivation. We’ve all watched some motivational videos online or listened to some speeches. But, the only thing that’s going to keep you on the right path for a long time is finding motivation within yourself. Make it clear to yourself why you’re doing this and why you love doing it. There is nothing more beautiful than understanding and embracing fitness and living healthy.
