Duchess Meghan Markle’s fashion choices are something that is very interesting for the public. In holiday season all eyes were on the Duchess when she arrived at Queen Elizabeth II‘s traditional Christmas luncheon at Buckingham Palace, on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018.
The Duchess of Sussex wore a sheer black, floral-printed dress, and she looked adorable and stunning. The dress is the piece of designer Erdem.
She matched this floral dress with white gold diamond earrings from Galanterie de Cartier. This statement outfit is repeated because the Duchess appears in this dress in January 2016 on the morning show.
Meghan Markle loves Erdem`s work, and the fans of the British royal family know that the house Givenchy is one of the favorites for the Duchess. Erdem annunciates the departure from that fashion house this year. The Duchess of Sussex dresses a beautiful white Givenchy gown on her wedding to Prince Harry, at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in May 2018. Since her wedding, she chose numerous time Givenchy`s outfits for many occasions, and events. The Duchess even wore a navy blue Givenchy coat and dress at Princess Eugenie of York’s wedding in October 2018.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry spent Christmas Day in the family atmosphere with Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton. The royal couples are followed by the rumors of an ongoing quarrel. These rumors were heated with facts that the Sussexes planned to split from the Cambridges because they are moving out of Kensington Palace to Frogmore Cottage on Windsor Estate. The Duchess very soon got the nickname of “Duchess Difficult” from royal staffers because of her treatment to staff members.
“None of this is true,” tells the Sun, and a royal expert Katie Nicholl told for Entertainment Tonight, “For Christmas Day at least, William and Harry are going to have to bury the hatchet, put a few wobbles behind them. It’s not like they’re not talking — they’re still incredibly close as brothers —there have been fallouts, there has been tension. Christmas is a good time for goodwill and forgiveness, so let’s hope we see the princes do just that.”
On the morning of Tuesday, December 25, the royal couples walked together to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene at Sandringham through the English countryside. On this occasion, Markle showed off her growing baby bump, and she wore a navy blue Victoria Beckham coat with black boots.
The whole royal family gathered for lunch at the Queen’s estate in Sandringham after the church Christmas service. The royals all together watched Queen`s traditional Christmas speech.
“With two weddings and two babies, and another child expected soon, it helps to keep a grandmother well occupied,” was the words of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Queen thought of the Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding, and Princess Eugenie‘s marriage to Jack Brooksbank, Kate Middleton and Prince William`s third baby, a son named Prince Louis, who was born in April 2018. The royal couple also has Prince George, 5, and Princess Charlotte, 3. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced that they are expecting the baby in the spring of 2019.
“Through the many changes I have seen over the years, faith, family and friendship have been not only a constant for me but a source of personal comfort and reassurance, even with the most deeply held differences, treating the other person with respect and as a fellow human being is always a good first step towards a greater understanding,” said the Queen during her speech.
