The outrageous rumors and conspiracy theories is something that has preference for all celebrities, especially royals. This time there is a new claim about the late Princess Diana, and that is that she had a daughter.
It is well known that the Princess had two sons, Prince William and Harry, which she gave birth to during her marriage with Prince Charles. The new rumor about the royal pair having a daughter too is being investigated. Here’s the story behind it.
A woman named Sarah was interviewed by The Globe, claiming she is the Princess’ daughter.
As any woman marrying the Prince and expected to be giving birth to a future monarch, then-Lady Diana Spencer had fertility tests to ensure that she could have children. Queen Elizabeth II’s trusted surgeon-gynecologist, Dr. George Pinker, examined Diana, as it was reported at that time.
The doctor’s job was to make sure Diana was still a virgin and that she didn’t have any abnormalities that might preclude childbirth. That was a big deal back then when marrying into the royal family, as well as any other family when it comes to being a virgin.
“The rule has always been strictly observed for women marrying senior royals – it was a condition of marriage”, the historian Thomas Mace-Archer-Mills explained.
“I had to be checked out before they would let me marry him [Charles]”, Diana said to her close friend, Lady Elsie Bowker.
From that, story goes on to make a claim that during the fertility testing, another doctor reportedly kept one of Diana’s eggs and implanted it in his wife. The wife then gave a birth to a baby girl, named Sarah, in October 1981. Since Prince William was born in June 1982, it makes Sarah, if the story is true, the second in line to the throne behind Prince Charles.
Sarah told The Globe that growing up she was always compared to Princess Diana, but it was later that she learned she was a product of in vitro fertilization, and that was when her parents were killed in a car accident. Allegedly she was being threatened for trying to find her birth parents, after what she moved to the United States.
As unlikely to be true this story may sound, it gained interest. People on the Internet are asking questions and want to make sure they have all the facts straight. Some believe it might be another dark secret of the royals. What do you think?
